NEUROMUSCULAR MASSAGE THERAPY: Deep tissue massage working each muscle from origin to insertion.
HOT STONE: Using basalt lava stones and heat as the ultimate meltdown. This modality is used to relax as well as perform deep tissue work to affect pain relief. Cold stones may be used to calm swelling and pain as well.
CHAIR: On site chair massage for corporations and for parties. Additionally many individuals prefer this fetal position to that of a traditional table or mat.
